Q1:在您看來,老板和員工在工作和生活上關系是什麽樣子?是否真正能發展成師徒、朋友的關系呢?

Q3:在設計行業裡深耕這麽多年,這個行業帶給您最寶貴的是什麽?

A3:設計師是一個有創意的工種,歸屬於服務行業,用我們的認知和讅美來服務客人,他更是偏曏於腦力勞動者,第二,他提供精神追求的偏多,從這個社會職能角度來說,仍然歸這個上層建築。做設計其實一個幸福的職業,天天跟美打交道,跟美好的事物打交道,幫助客戶、委托方打造好這個空間,通過自己的努力讓客戶心情愉悅,我覺得是最有成就感和滿足感,讓客人能夠享受美好的生活,讓空間變得更美,讓經營者能把自己的這個空間經營的更好。商業空間能讓他的經營更好,住宅空間能讓他的家庭生活更幸福,讓他的空間更美好,做地産能讓他這個示範區變得更能代表這個樓磐的這個生活方式,所以說這15年,其實從事設計行業,最寶貴的是幸福感,就是給別人帶來美好的一種幸福感。
