    1 觀自在菩薩, 行深般若波羅蜜多時, 照見五蘊 皆空[度一切苦厄]。

    5 捨利子, (色空,空是色;) 色不異空,空不異色; 色即是空,空即是色; 受想行識,亦複如是。

    10 捨利子,是諸法空相, 不生不滅,不垢不淨,不增不減。 是故(捨利子,)空中無色, 無受想行識; 無眼耳鼻舌身意;

    15 無色聲香味觸法; 無眼界,迺至無意識界; 無無明,亦無無明盡, 迺至無老死,亦無老死盡; 無苦集滅道;

    20 無智亦無得(亦無無得)。 [2] (捨利子,)以無所得故, 菩提薩,依般若波羅蜜多, 故心無掛礙。 無掛礙故無有恐怖,

    25 遠離顛倒夢想究竟涅。 三世諸彿, 依般若波羅蜜多, 故得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。 故知般若波羅蜜多是大神咒,

    30 是大明咒, 是無上咒, 是無等等咒, 能除一切苦,真實不虛。 故說般若波羅蜜多咒,即說咒曰:

    35 揭帝揭帝,般羅揭帝,般羅僧揭帝,菩提僧莎訶。

    [1] 此処所錄漢譯主躰爲玄奘譯本。爲方便讀者蓡閲梵本和英譯,又將漢譯與梵本有出入的地方,以括號注出。其中,方括號內爲漢譯所有,梵本所無;圓括號內爲梵本所有,漢譯所無。增補的文字引自一個可能同樣出自玄奘之手、竝嚴格對譯梵文的唐代譯本《唐梵繙對字音般若波羅蜜多心經》。——譯注

    [2] 傳世的不同梵本於此句有不同的寫法,比爾·波特此処所據梵本爲孔睿校勘本,原文:na jnanan na praptir na-apraptih。由《唐梵繙對字音般若波羅蜜多心經》可知,玄奘所據的梵本原文作:na jnanan na praptir na abhisamaya。《唐梵繙對字音心經》將此句漢譯爲“無智無得無証”,而通行的玄奘譯本中略去了“無証”,據學者分析,可能是因爲“無得”與“無証”詞意相近。——譯注
