大家好！这里是南昌新四军军部旧址陈列馆，我是馆长刘松涛。我馆是一个旧址恢弘、陈展翔实、园林错落有致的参观、学习和旅游打卡地，欢迎大家前来参观。
新四军军部旧址
这是南昌新四军军部旧址，它原为北洋军阀张勋的公馆，建于1915年（民国四年），内有中法合璧的两栋楼房和一栋平房。“八一”南昌起义时，这里是起义的战斗地点之一。
从平面布局来看，张勋公馆是按中国古典园林建筑谋篇布局的，但从建筑风格来看，则是一处典型的法式建筑，代表了当时的南昌受西方影响后的审美流向，为南昌中西合壁建筑的代表之作。
这里的主楼没有中厅，只有内廊和楼梯连接各房间，门和窗户都是圆弧形，外面回廊相接、廊柱弧形相连，线条优美。在主楼每一角的六角亭也都有回廊与主楼相联，既有护卫功能，更添建筑之美。亭子上有一葫芦形木瓶，是取“四瓶八稳”之意。
回廊立柱上的石雕、拱形门上镶嵌的古瓷版画、每面窗户上也装饰着精巧的砖雕画，都十分精美，栩栩如生，极具艺术价值。
中共中央东南分局旧址
这是中共中央东南分局旧址，它紧邻着南昌新四军军部，原为盐商余兴庆的住宅，建于1917年，是6栋小楼组成的幽静院落。1938年1月6日，以项英为书记的中共中央东南分局在此成立，对外挂牌“新四军驻赣办事处”。中共中央东南分局成立后，在南昌广泛开展抗日救亡运动，使南昌一度成为“南方的延安”。
《铁的新四军》序厅
这是基本陈列《铁的新四军》的序厅，总面积600平方米，上方璀璨的星空，是一幅目前在全国同类纪念馆中最大的主题油画，这座山体是红军和游击队战斗的场所综合翻模的，与巨幅油画相映成辉。主题雕塑是一把军号，上面飘扬的红绸带形状为抽象的阿拉伯数字“4”，比喻新四军，红绸带上镌刻着新四军军歌的音符。整个雕塑寓意吹响南方八省红军游击队集中改编的集结号和新四军奔赴大江南北杀敌抗战的冲锋号。
红色记忆 不朽丰碑
1938年1月6日，新四军军部在南昌张勋公馆正式挂牌成立，成为了新四军历史上第一个正规军部。当时的红军游击队都分散在南方各处的小块根据地里，大都各自为阵，与上级都失去联系，要想把这些红军游击队一一联系上，传达中央精神，并动员改编组建为新四军，是非常繁杂困难的工作。
但是新四军军部领导人不惧艰险，克服困难，只在短短的三个多月时间里，就将分散在南方8省14个地区的红军、游击队汇聚成了一支英雄的新四军部队，成为活跃在大江南北抗击日本侵略者的主力军。因此，南昌成为了新四军的诞生地，成为了南方八省红军、游击队的改编中心，新四军的组建、改编都是在南昌完成的，新四军开赴抗战前线的出征令也是由南昌军部发出的。
中共中央东南分局和新四军军部当时在南昌开展了轰轰烈烈的抗日救亡运动。那时的南昌大街小巷到处都能听到《义勇军进行曲》、《大刀进行曲》等抗战歌声，充满了浓厚的抗战氛围。第二展厅里这幅油画《八千人歌咏大游行》就反映了当时南昌市民在着名作曲家何士德的指挥下高唱抗日歌曲的情形！
抗战八年，新四军的抗战事迹遍及大江南北，构建起的铁军精神光耀千秋，代代传承。作为新四军的起点，欢迎大家来到南昌，与我们共同见证新四军这支英雄部队诞生的历程！
